Hakuna Matata Solutions is conducting an Off Campus Drive in 2023 for the position of Trainee Associate Executive, specifically targeting freshers. The responsibilities of this role encompass implementing HRMS modules at diverse client locations globally, with guidance from a Senior Implementer. The job involves collaborating with Functional consultants to grasp client requirements and assist in preparing gap documents, followed by configuring the software to meet these demands. Additionally, the position includes tasks such as uploading client data, maintaining continuous communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, updating and reporting on installation projects, and providing support for End-user Training, UAT & Post Implementation. While operational knowledge of SQL & Web applications is considered an added advantage, candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Computer Science/IT, EEE, EIE, ECE), MCA, MBA, or BSC (CS). Strong communication and customer service skills are vital, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SQL database management systems. The ability to multitask and keen attention to detail are also sought-after qualities. Hindi speaking is mandatory for candidates interested in this position.

Responsibilities:

1. Implementing various HRMS modules at various client locations across the globe along with the support of a Senior Implementer.

2. Working along with Functional consultants in understanding the client requirements and helping in the preparation of gap document

3. Understanding the client requirements and configuring the software to address these requirements.

4. Uploading Client data into the software from existing software or Excel files

5. Interfacing with the client for the entire duration of the project from kick-off to closure.

6. Updating and reporting on the status of various installation projects that are being handled.

7. Help in End-user Training, UAT & Post Implementation Support.

8. Operational knowledge of SQL & Web applications will be an added advantage

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer Science/IT preferable, EEE, EIE, ECE) / MCA / MBA / BSC (CS)

2. Good communication and Customer Service Skills.

3. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and SQL database management systems.

4. Ability to multitask and detail-oriented.

5. Candidate – Hindi speaking is mandatory.
